When will I receive my order?
As we are a small business, it can take us some time to package and ship your order. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process and ship your order. You can find more details information on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Can I make changes to my order?

Will I need to pay customs clearance and service fees?
Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to customs clearance and service fees.
Saku Shop is not liable for any customs clearance and service fees as determined by the mail carrier or destination country's customs officials.
By making an order, you are acknowledging the possibility of additional fees upon the arrival of your order and agree to take full responsibility for those fees.
