Refund policy
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item/s to request a return.
Please contact us to request a return. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number.
Please note, you will incur all return shipping costs. We recommend choosing a return option with tracking.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. You will be eligible for an exchange, refund for store credit, or a refund.
Change of Mind
If you've had a change of mind and would like to return an item, please contact us to organise a return for store credit.
Sale Items
All sale items are final and returns for change of mind will not be accepted. If the item is defective or damaged, please contact us and we can organise an exchange, depending on product availability, or return for store credit.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
